Training and education

In the area of further education, we are currently working on setting up a platform within the company where employees can exchange knowledge on an informal basis; this offer complements the support provided by external training programmes.

Diversity

To increase the proportion of women in management and senior management positions, we are currently examining whether it makes sense to offer part-time models at the senior management level, as well.

Health, safety and equal opportunities

An ombudsman’s office will be available to employees from autumn 2021 onward.

Employee satisfaction

We review the satisfaction of our employees every two years in surveys.
